O desembargador Thompson Flores afirmou que o caso compete mesmo ao relator do processo, Gebran Neto, e n\u00e3o ao plantonista Rog\u00e9rio Favreto.<\/p>\n<p>Flores alega que a pr\u00e9-candidatura de Lula n\u00e3o \u00e9 um fato novo, como argumentou Favreto.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Os fundamentos que embasam o pedido de Habeas Corpus n. 5025614-40.2018.4.04.0000\/PR n\u00e3o diferem daqueles j\u00e1 submetidos e efetivamente analisados pelo \u00d3rg\u00e3o Jurisdicional Natural da lide.
