Os ministros Lu\u00eds Roberto Barroso, Rosa Weber e Luiz Fux concordaram que o tucano usou o mandato para tentar atrapalhar as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es da Lava-Jato.<\/p>\n<p>Foi negado, no entanto, o pedido de pris\u00e3o feito pela PGR. Por unanimidade, os ministros ponderaram que a Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal pro\u00edbe a pris\u00e3o de parlamentares em exerc\u00edcio, a n\u00e3o ser que tenha ocorrido flagrante delito de crime inafian\u00e7\u00e1vel.
