O ministro autorizou que o senador tucano retorne \u00e0s atividades parlamentares.<\/p>\n<p>O ministo Edson Fachin havia afastado o tucano do exerc\u00edcio do mandato ap\u00f3s a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Patmos, fase da Lava Jato baseada nas dela\u00e7\u00e3o da JBS. O afastamento era um pedido da Procuradoria Geral da Rep\u00fablica, que apontou risco de o senador usar seu poder para atrapalhar as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.
