O projeto foi aprovado com 39 votos a favor, 16 contra, e nenhuma absten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Os parlamentares J\u00e2nio Natal (PRP) e Pablo Barrozo (DEM) estavam ausentes. Leur Lomanto J\u00fanior (PMDB), Luciano Ribeiro (DEM), Robinho (PP) e Vando (PSC) n\u00e3o tiveram os votos registrados.
