Ela atravessava a avenida Tancredo Neves (BA-001) em cima da faixa de pedestre, quando foi colhida pelo ve\u00edculo que o empres\u00e1rio dirigia. Imagens mostram que Tharciso,ap\u00f3s o atropelamento, parou o carro mais adiante. Ele usa um telefone celular. Logo depois, entra no ve\u00edculo e deixa o local sem prestar socorro, conforme testemunhas. Tharciso alega ter acionado o socorro e deixado o local por temer pela sua integridade f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>No pedido \u00e0 Corte Superior, Tharciso foi representado pelos advogados Aloisio Freire Santos, Jos\u00e9 Maur\u00edcio Vasconcelos Coqueiro e Mariana Madera Nunes. Por sorteio, o processo coube \u00e0 ministra Laurita Vaz, da Sexta Turma.
